Hello? Everybody home?

We’re all in this mess together, aren’t we? I hope things for you haven’t been too bad. Well, like most creative folk, I’ve been trying to make hay while the sun shines (through the glass) and using this isolation to figure out how to make better videos, and also revisiting some forgotten sketches.

Here’s one I spruced up and put a current twist on…

Quaran-time of my life

And here’s another, one of quite a few I’ve found that haven’t seen “the light of day” (whatever that is)…

You miss so much, because you’re always on your phone.

Wrapping up

I’m also using this time to wrap up some half-finished projects. One of them being my collection of portraits based on tennis’s Big Four. Although now it will just be based on the Big Three as Andy Murray isn’t quite up there. Sorry Andy.

I’m about to create an illustration of Roger Federer, in the same style of the Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal illustrations I did.

I’d love to get your opinion on which of these poses you think would be best. The idea I’m trying to capture is “calm and effortless” but in a comical and slightly ridiculous way.

Let me know in the comments which one you like? I’ll be back soon with more nonsense. Stay safe.

I like 2 best but 3 is good. 1 and 4 look accidental and not I’m just casually playing because I’m that good. 2 is my vote.

We say number 2 meets the brief although like 1 as shows his ‘passion for his brand and image” persona.

Nice stuff – made us lol!
